I got a response and invoice within 1 day of my inquiry on the 14th. The parts arrived and were marked per my request along with a two foot sample of filament I had also requested. I did not hear any progress from feb 15th when I approved the invoice until I received the samples on the 27th. I would have liked to have been told when they were being printed and when shipped on the 24th.
